Rodney Glenn Broadstone of Midwest City, Okla. passed away peacefully June 18, 2025, at the age of 61. He was born Feb 28, 1964, in Mexico, Mo. to Glenn and Wilma Broadstone. He graduated from Del City High School. He was employed at Dolese, Warren Cat and currently at Tinker AFB. Rodney accepted the Lord and was baptized October, 1987.
Rodney could always be found tinkering around with cars engines or old lawnmowers. Occasionally he would sneak off to do a little fishing. His favorite pastime was weekend road trips with his Wife, Jocelyn, showing her the beauty of Oklahoma.
He is survived by his mother Wilma Broadstone, his wife Jocelyn, brother Tony Broadstone, sister Carey Jo Broadstone, stepdaughter Amanda Anderson, stepdaughter DonnAvi Yap, stepson Mark Allen Yap, step granddaughter Callie Anderson, nieces, nephews and many cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father, Glenn Broadstone, sons Collin Paul Broadstone and Mitchell Glenn Broadstone.
Rodney was a donor to give life to others thru LifeShare. We want to thank them for their loving compassionate care.
We also thank the care team at St. Anthony's for their exceptional care of Rodney and his family.
We also thank all our family and friends that have supported us and prayed for Rodney and us at this difficult time.
