Rogelio, we called him Eliong, was a primary and secondary classmate of mine in Alitagtag, Batangas, Philippines. Eliong was my buddy as we rely on one another when bullies were encountered, as he was taller and muscular than me. So nobody would dare touch us. We went to same college, FEU, me taking up Law. We never see each other again , not even in US, where he met my Sister Eva in Chicago. I just learned his passing away from our classmate Macalinao Reyes. Goodye my friend Eliong, May you rest in peace with the Lored in heaven.
