Roger Earley

Roger Earley, age 93, of Suwanee, GA passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Joyce Kennedy Earley; parents, Warren and Daisy Stephens Earley; six sisters; and four brothers. Mr. Earley is survived by son, Jepp Earley and wife, Susan McCarran Earley of Buford, GA; daughter, LeeAnne Earley Smith and husband Kenneth of Suwanee; grandchildren, Phillip Earley of Sugar Hill, GA, Kelley Smith of Suwanee, GA; Kristen Smith of Suwanee, GA; great grandson, Jareth Earley; sisters and brothers-in-law, Emily and Jackie Queen of Buford, GA, Rachel and Aubrey King of Lawrenceville, GA, Dora and Larry Johnson of Suwanee, Doris Tarver of Buford, GA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Earley was born in Roswell, GA on December 8, 1931. He was a 1951 graduate of Roswell High School where he was the first Class President. He attended Reinhardt College in Waleska, GA, and he served in the U. S. Army. Mr. Earley retired from Standard Oil Company after 20 years of service. He was a member of Suwanee First United Methodist Church where he sang in the choir for years. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Level Creek United Methodist Church in Suwanee. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 30 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
