Roger Scott passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025 at the Regional Hospice Center, Danbury.
Roger was born in Easton, Pennsylvania In 1937 and graduated from Temple University in 1959. He worked at Union Carbide Corporation in sales for many years, and later owned Avanti Screen Graphics in Ridgefield. Roger was a member of the Ridgefield Men's Club for 20 years as well as the Ridgefield Men's golf club. He was an avid golfer and senior techie.
Roger leaves behind his wife, Anne Scott, and son Chuck Scott as well as two grandsons, Dylan and Sean Livingstone. He was predeceased by his daughter, Laurie Ann Livingstone and his son-in-law, Curtis Livingstone of Tarrytown, New York.
Services will be held privately. Contributions in Roger's memory may be made to Guiding Eyes for the Blind - 611 Granite Springs Road; Yorktown Heights, New York 10598, https://www.guidingeyes.org/.

It was a blessing to have an awesome father-in-law in Roger, and I loved it when he occasionally referred to himself to me as "Dad #2".
Roger was very much loved - even all of his dogs and our dogs gravitated to him.
He could fix anything and was a master at DIY projects - could renovate and navigate home improvements with the best of them.
Thank you , Roger for your wisdom, love and laughter. We miss you! May you rest in God´s peace. See you later Dad#2
