Roger Alan Williams

Roger Alan Williams, 70, passed away on February 1, 2026, in Norfolk, Virginia. A lifelong resident and native of Norfolk, Roger is reunited in heaven with his parents, Harry Williams and Kathryn Recine, and his two older brothers, Pete and James Williams.

Roger was born on February 14, 1955, in Norfolk, Virginia. The youngest of six children, he graduated from Norview High School in 1973. After graduation, Roger began working as a courier, later earning his broker's license and ultimately fulfilling his entrepreneurial dream by founding his own company, E&B International, in 1991.

Roger was an avid golfer and devoted sports enthusiast. He was a proud member of Washington Lodge #2 and the Stonehouse Golf Association. He liked the Raiders, loved the Orioles, and never passed up good Motown music. Above all else, Roger was an amazing father and grandfather who cherished his family deeply.

He is survived by his children, Erin Youngblood, Braden Williams, and Jeffery Hansen; his sisters, Harriett Phillips, Marian Holley, and Janet Musselwhite; and his beloved grandchildren, Alijah, Avah, Declan, and Abram. He is also fondly remembered by his Lodge brothers and Stonehouse brothers.

A service will be held on Tuesday, February 10, at 2:00 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home on Tidewater Drive.
