She was born on June 17, 1941, to Willie and Wilda (VanDyke) McIntire in Sharon, PA. She attended Sharon High School. Romelle worked as a Nurse's Aide for many years.
On October 19, 1960, she married Robert, and he proceeded her in death on August 24, 1997.
She was a member of the Wheatland V.F.W. ladies auxiliary and a member of the Wheatland Fire ladies auxiliary. She enjoyed Crocheting and gardening.
Romelle is survived by her children; Daughter, Tammy S. Phillips and her fiancé Steven Miller; Son, Robert A Phillips Sr. and his girlfriend Sandy Newton and son, Brian K. Phillips; brother, Gregory D. McIntire; Grandchildren, Raymond L. Michael Jr, Trish Michael, Robert A. Phillips Jr, Erin Phillips, Stephanie Chesmer, and Tiffany Rae; Several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Billie Ondic and Korine Krichko, brother, Bob McIntire, two grandchildren, David Michael, and Jermie Michael.
