Ronald Dietz Obituary
Ronald L. Dietz, 87, of Felton, died on Monday, April 14, 2025 at York Hospital. He was the husband of the late Rochelle V. (Erb) Dietz. Born in Duncannon on February 18, 1938, he was the son of the late David and Margaret (Lenig) Dietz.
Ronald was a graduate of Hempfield High School, received his B.S. from Lebanon Valley College and his Master’s Degree from Penn State University. He was a music teacher and band leader at Dallastown High School and was an instructional technology instructor at Towson State University. Ronald was the director of the York Symphony Chorus and the York choral group Cantate.
He is survived by a son Christopher D. Dietz of Severna Park, MD; two step brothers and a step sister. He was preceded in death by a daughter Tracy S. Dietz.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Lititz Moravian Church, 8 Church Square, Lititz. A viewing will be held from 10:00 am until 11:00 am in the Eschbach Room of the church. Burial will be in Lititz Moravian Cemetery.
