Ronald Dean Haas, age 84, passed away peacefully at home on December 26, 2025. He was born on April 8, 1941, to the late Roy G. and Ethel Maxine Haas.
He was a graduate of Canton South High School. After graduation, he joined the Army National Guard where he served eight faithful years.
Ron was a dedicated Lathe Operator at Timken Roller Bearing for 35 years. Ron also worked as a custodian. He was a proud member of the United Steel Workers of America.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patti. They were married on October 26, 1963 and lived happily together until her passing in 2001.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Quinn and Dean (Leila) Haas; grandchildren, Kelsey Haas, Jordan (Claire) Haas, Mackenzie (Dylan) Still-Pepper, Zoey Haas, Noah Haas and Olivia Haas; great-grandsons, Callan and Finn Haas; sister, Pat (Bob) Scott; and brother-in-law, Scott (Ann) Quinn.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 11am at Fort Lauren's Cemetery (10962 Fort Lauren's Rd NW, Bolivar, OH 44612).
