Ronald C. Husk

Ronald C. "Ron" Husk, 50, of Akron, passed away on May 23, 2024 after a lengthy illness surrounded by his loving family at Cleveland Clinic.

He was born on July 25, 1973 in Akron, OH to Ronald L. and Carol Husk.

He graduated from Garfield High School in 1992 where he excelled in music, particularly drumming. He was a proud member of the Chapparells marching band for years.

Ron worked as an STNA for over 10 years before graduating as an LPN.

He had many joys but he loved lifting weights, watching football, wearing skullies and playing games on his cell phone.

Ron is survived by his loving mother, Carol; seestor, Missy (Mark) Posten; nephew, Colin Posten; a very longtime girlfriend, Beth Harrison; cousin, Pat Scianna, as well as many other cousins; special family and friends; and fur babies, Graycee, Will and Zoey. Ron loved that dawg.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald L. Husk; and grandparents, Freda and Joseph Ellison and Edna and Thurl Husk.

The family would like a special thank you to go to the doctors, nurses and others who took care of Ron at Cleveland Clinic as well as those who cared for him at Fresenius Dialysis Center.

Cremation has taken place and there are no formal services at this time.
