With hearts full of love, the family of Ronald Cranston Moses announces his peaceful passing on August 18, 2025, at the age of 71.

Born on December 28, 1953, to Vann C. Moses and Ruth E. Moses, Ronald grew up in a close-knit family in Alabama. He graduated from Brewer High School in 1973. He went on to study Electronic Engineering Technology at Calhoun Community College, laying the foundation for a career defined by curiosity, technical skill, and dedication.

Throughout his working years, Ronald contributed his talents to KMC Telecom, Boeing, and Blocker Drilling and Marine. His work reflected not only his knowledge of electronics and engineering but also his deep respect for innovation and problem-solving.

Beyond his professional life, Ronald cherished his role as a grandfather and father above all else. He is survived by his devoted daughter, Aimee M. Lowe, son-in-law Danny R. Lowe II, and the joys of his life-his grandchildren, Lillian Ruth Rush, Austin R. Lowe, and Barrett A. Lowe.

Ronald is also lovingly remembered by his siblings Judith and Jerry Minor, John Moses, Tony and Vicki Moses, and Harold and Laurie Moses, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. His family circle was wide, showing his love in a quiet but steadfast way that will never be forgotten.

Ronald also cherished the friendships he built over the years with his lifelong friends and those that remained by his side in the end, Gary Pollard. The family takes comfort in knowing that such a grand adventure and friendship endured across the decades.

A man of many passions, Ronald found joy in playing the guitar, tinkering with electronics, and caring for the land where he was both raised and where he passed away-a place that always held his heart and settled his spirit.

Ronald will be remembered as a loving father, proud grandfather, cherished brother, and steadfast friend. His memory will live on in the laughter of his grandchildren, the music of a guitar, and the love of family bound together by his spirit.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Peck Funeral Home in Hartselle, Alabama. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m., followed by services at 3:00 p.m. Family and friends are warmly invited to gather in remembrance and honor of Ronald's life.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Eva Volunteer Fire Department.
