Ronald Carlton Stemple, age 81, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025. Ron was born to the late Elsa (Searight) and Carlton Stemple on May 3, 1944. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Ron lived a full, beautiful life built on love, family, and the simple joys that meant the most to him.

Some of his happiest memories were made at the cabin in Indian River and on the boat on Burt Lake. He also treasured the years spent at deer camp with his boys.

On October 17, 1964, Ron married the love of his life, Vicki (Tomforde) Stemple. Ron was a devoted and patient husband. His care and dedication to his wife throughout their life together were a testament to his gentle spirit and unwavering love. His loyalty, strength, and quiet compassion will always be remembered.

Ron is survived by his wife and their five children: Kris (Paul) Ross, Scott (Dana) Stemple, Kurt (Sara) Stemple, Chad (Chrissy) Stemple, and Trevor (Carrie) Stemple. Grandchildren: Megan (Justin) Vondette, Dylan (Cassondra) Honsinger, Kelsey (Hayden) Harvey, Dustin (Whitney) Stemple, Darren Stemple, Emily & Owen Stemple, Wyatt & Ava Stemple, and Ellie Stemple. Great-grandchildren: Jack Vondette, Halle & Grady Honsinger, and Forrest Stemple.

Family was truly second to none in Ron's eyes. The moments he spent surrounded by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the ones he treasured most, and seeing them grow brought him more happiness than anything else. In his later years, weekly Thursday dinners at his daughter Kris's home became the highlight of his week.

One of the many things his family will miss is the way Ron famously sang "Happy Birthday"-with that special charm and playfulness that only he could bring. It was a simple tradition, but one that made everyone feel celebrated.

Ron's legacy is one of love, family, and countless memories that will forever be held close by those who were lucky enough to know him. His presence will be deeply missed, but the impact he made will carry on through the generations he adored.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
