Ronald David Wittner

Ronald David Wittner, age 68, passed away surrounded by his family. Ronnie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son-in-law and friend whose life was marked by faith, loyalty, and a deep love for those around him.

Ronnie shared 46 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Pam Wittner. Together, they built a strong and loving family that was the pride and joy of his life.

He was a proud father to his three sons: Chase Wittner and his wife Charity, and their children Braxton and Rhett; Chad Wittner and his wife Sarah, and their children Chloe and Carah; and Chance Wittner and his wife Amanda, and their children Avery, Brooklyn, and Ellie.

Nothing made him happier than sitting in the stands or on the sidelines, cheering for his boys and later his grandchildren in whatever sport they were playing.

Ronnie deeply loved his church family at Crawford Baptist Church, where he found lasting friendships and faithfully lived out his commitment to God and community.

Visitation and funeral services will be held this Friday, March 13, 2026, at Crawford Baptist Church in Mobile, AL, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a chapel service at 11:00 a.m., where family and friends will gather to celebrate his life and legacy. Interment will take place at Valhalla Memorial Gardens, 8730 Sims Rd, Eight Mile, AL 36613.

Ronnie will be remembered for his kind heart and acts of service. He was a man who found deep contentment in the lasting things of life, like his faith, family, and time spent together. His steady presence and grateful spirit made others feel at home around him. Though he will be deeply missed, his family rests in the hope and promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ and the joyful reunion that awaits.
