Rose Cutrano Obituary
Visitation will be from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Friday, October 21 at Van Emburgh Funeral Home, 306 E Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, October 22 at Saint Elizabeth Church, 700 Wyckoff Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481. A private burial will follow.
Rose was born in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn to Rosolino and Rosina Fanara on October 11, 1929. She attended Lafayette High School where she was named best dressed and best dancer. On April 4, 1953, Rose married Vincent Cutrano. She worked as a Director of Human Resources for St. Vincent's Catholic Charities for 25 years. Rose was a proud Catholic, Italian American, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and chef.
Rose will be reunited with loved ones who have gone before her, including her husband, Vincent, sisters, Joan and Stella, brother, Gregory, and beloved grandson, Christian.
Rose is survived by her three children, Christopher, Lorraine, and Christine, her son-in-law, Scott, her grandchildren, Christopher (Liz), Juliet (Andy), Dean, Nadia (Sean), Montana (John), Jesse (Madeleine), Valentina, and Luca (Jillian), and her great-grandchildren Karissa, Isla, Vincent, Ellie, Lilliana Rose, and Avery Scott.
While flowers are welcome, the family also asks for donations to be made in Rose's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.

After moving to Naples Florida, Rose invited Lelar and myself to have supper with her and Lorraine. Always the gracious host she prepared a wonderful dinner. We had a great time recalling all the good days working together at St. Vincent's. She was a true friend and colleague.
