A Celebration of Life for Rose Ann Enquist will be held on October 12, 2023, from 5-7PM at Ranfranz and Vine Remembrance and Reception Centre (5482 Royal PL NW, Rochester, MN). Burial arrangements are currently undefined and will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.
