Rose Eileen Klockner

Rose Klockner of Columbus Ohio passed away at home on July 8th after a valiant battle with cancer. She entered into the presence of her savior, Christ Jesus, reuniting with her parents, Karl and Alice Peter. Rose is survived by her husband James, brother and sisters Michael Peter, Becky Peter, Ruthanna and Rick Grihalva, Rachael and Ron White, nephew Peter and Ann Grihalve, as well as Melody Klockner, Michael and Nancy Klockner, Caryn Bill Josie and Liam Miller, Janel Dolan, Rebecca Dolan and many friends.
Rose was a senior programmer for Computer Helper Publishing. She was also a choir member and soloist for Prince of Peace Lutheran Church for many years. She had a passion for scrapbooking which blossomed into a love for photography. She specialized in capturing the beauty of nature. She was an artist in residence at the 3060 Artworks Gallery. She enjoyed going on jaunts with her photography club, making new friends, and capturing award winning snapshots of God's amazing creation.
Rose's online blog about her love and inspiration for photography, and how her faith in Jesus sustained her through her many health struggles touched many hearts. She will be dearly missed.
