Rose Mary Lanclos Thibodeaux, a cherished matriarch to her family and a beloved friend to many, was born on July 3, 1938, in Leonville, Louisiana. Rose lived a life filled with love, laughter, and unyielding devotion to her family. In addition to her outstanding role as a homemaker, Rose was a dedicated caregiver for many years, providing compassionate care to both the sick and elderly in her community. Known affectionately as "Mom Rose," she was the heart and soul of family gatherings, where she brought people together with her infectious spirit and also her excellent cooking. Her famous shrimp spaghetti recipe was a cherished family treasure - a dish that to this day, no one has been able to duplicate.
