A memorial service will be held on September 23 at 10:00 AM at Brookfield Congregational Church. Immediately following the funeral, interment with full Navy honors will take place at the Brookfield Congregational Church Memorial Wall.
Rowland attended Garden City High School and later went on to study at Williams College.
He dedicated his career to the Rowland Tompkins Corporation.
Rowland proudly served in the United States Navy.
In memory of Rowland, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
