Roxanne R Moyer, 89, of Kutztown, passed away December 12, 2025. Born in Kutztown, she was the daughter of the late Arthur P. and Minerva A. (Geiger) Moyer. Roxanne was a 1954 graduate of Kutztown Area High School and a graduate of McCann business school. Roxanne worked in Medical Records and later as an Executive Assistant for many years until her retirement. Roxanne was a lifelong and active member of St John’s United Church of Christ, Kutztown. She enjoyed singing in the church choir and helping with annual Easter candy making and Christmas bazaar.
Roxanne was involved with the Kutztown Historical Society as a founding member. She was a board member and a co-chair of the Holiday Festival for many years. Roxanne was a member of the Kutztown Women’s club.
Roxanne loved to travel with friends and family. She travelled all over Europe on river boat cruises to the Christmas markets and other parts of Europe to experience the cultures, food and to share experiences with friends.
She will be loving remembered by her nephew Randy husband of Tracey Moyer of Shillington, nieces Heidi wife of Rodney Mease of Kutztown, Denise wife of Todd Schnaufer of Topton, great nephews Hunter Mease, Kutztown and Ian Moyer, Sinking Spring. Roxanne was predeceased by her brother Dennis F. Moyer.
Memorial service will be Friday January 9, 2026, in St John’s United Church of Christ 257 West Walnut Street, Kutztown. Visitation with the family 10am to 11am, service at 11am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. John’s UCC, 257 Walnut Street Kutztown, PA 19530.
