Roxy Ann Welch

Roxy Welch, 52, of Cardington Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2025.

She was born on March 7, 1972 to Ronald and Sherry Welch in Marion, Ohio.

Roxy loved collecting anything that was Harley Davidson. She had a green thumb and a beautiful garden of many flowers. She even helped others keep their own flowers alive. Roxy was animated and extremely passionate. If you tied her hands, she couldn’t talk. She prided herself on Saturday night movies with the grandkids on a california king sized bed, nachos in hand. She was mischievous at times and a joy to be around, and she brought happiness to everyone she knew. She would bend over backwards to help anyone out. Roxy shared 8 years of happiness with her long term boyfriend Roger Harney (Turtle Man). They were high school sweethearts that reconnected after 30 years. Roxy also loved spending time with her two dogs.

She is preceded in death by her father Ronald Welch Sr.; grandparents Estel and Louise Baker; and brother Ronald Welch Jr.

Roxy is survived by her daughter Ashley (Caleb) Taffin; mother Sherry (Dillard) Smith; stepmother Rebecca Welch; step-siblings Neil (Jobina) Martin, Stacey Martin-Jones, Candianne Neff, and Brandianne Arthur; four grandsons Jordan, Jayden, Donald Jr., and Oliver; many cousins; many aunts and uncles; many nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
