It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Ruben Carrillo. Born on December 7th , 1946, in Phoenix Arizona to parents Earnest and Armida Carrillo. Ruben graduated from Phoenix Union High School and spent the bulk of his career in the construction industry while spending all his free time close to family. Ruben passed away quietly at home on August 22nd, 2024, at the age of 77.
Ruben is survived by his loving wife Diane, sons Ruben (Shannon) and Mark, grandchildren Naya (Gavin) and Kellan, and brothers Arnold and Rick (Gloria).
Services will be held Friday, September 27th at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E Indian School Road, Phoenix AZ 85018, beginning at 10:00 a.m. A Celebration of Life will be held afterwards at the Moose Lodge, 2401 E South Mountain Ave., Phoenix AZ 85042, from 12:00 p.m. – 3 p.m.
