She married her best friend, David Ernie Gentry on March 13, 2019 at Sayre, Oklahoma.
Ruby enjoyed the going fishing and the companionship of all the beloved dogs in her life. She treasured spending time with her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing her memory is her husband, David Gentry of Sayre, Oklahoma; one daughter, Nickie James of Austin, Texas; one son, Edward Clowers of Houma, Louisiana; two brothers, Orville Bohannan of Elk City, Oklahoma, Jim Bohannan of Elk City, Oklahoma; numerous other relatives and friends.
Ruby is preceded in death by her parents, Rhuben Edgar and Laura Alice Bohannan; and one daughter, Gayla Clowers Mendez.
