Her deep faith as a longtime member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Conroe and her boundless love for her family were constant sources of strength and grace. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her daughter, Jacquelyn H. Monk; sister, Sister Marion Grace Thies; grandchildren, Brent Payne and Amber Generale; great grandchildren, Jade Owens, Tanner Owens, Leah Generale, Davis Belle Payne, Nathan Payne; and great-great grandchildren; Cyrus Owens, and Leo Owens.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, William R. "Bill" Herlihy in 2001.
