Ruth Shaffer Obituary
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Craig W. Shaffer and his wife Becky of Greentown, Pennsylvania, and Elizabeth Stevens and her husband Mack of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her granddaughter Nina; and many nieces and nephews.
Ruth devoted 30 years to teaching elementary school, finishing her career at C. G. Johnson Elementary School in Reynoldsburg, Pennsylvania. She had a deep love for family, travel, and working with children. She was a member of Phi Mu and Delta Kappa Gamma and generously gave her time to several nonprofit organizations.
She will be remembered for her kindness, dedication, and the lasting impact she made on the lives of others.
