Ryan John Lynch, 30, died of brain cancer on March 19, 2023 at his family's home in
Katonah.
Born to John and Francesca Lynch on December 23, 1992, Ryan was a 2011
graduate of John Jay High School and a 2015 graduate of the University of Vermont. He
worked as a Global Account Manager at Cisco Systems, Inc, in New York City.
Ryan loved his family and his many friends from Katonah, Vermont and beyond. He
loved music, singing, dancing, snowboarding, golfing, fishing, and a good bacon egg
and cheese sandwich. A born connector and people person, Ryan preferred talking on
the phone over sending a text, even if it was 6 am, his friends will attest (Ryan was also
a bona fide morning person).
He lived a very full life, and spent the last weeks and months surrounded by those he
loved and who loved him. Ryan is already missed by everyone lucky enough to know
him.
In addition to his parents, Ryan is survived by his partner Ashley Croft-Moore; his
brother Kevin and sister Michaela; his grandparents, Anthony and Anna Marie Amplo
and a large family of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was pre-deceased by
paternal grandparents Bernard and Ann-Marie Lynch, also of Katonah.
Ryan's family will receive friends and family on Thursday, March 23 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Rd, Katonah, NY.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 24th at 10:00 am at St. Mary Of The Assumption Church, 55 Valley Road, Katonah, NY
Interment will be private.
Bright colors encouraged to the services, tie dye optional.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Robert Preston Tisch Brain Tumor
