Ryan James Marsh, 31, passed away on September 22nd, 2025 at his home in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Amy, brother Kyle, sister-in-law Jaclyn, niece Ada, aunt Annie, uncles Scott and Alan, and cousins Casey, Keith, and Emily. He is predeceased by his father James, grandparents Marvin, Lorraine, and Rita, and Aunt Elyse.
Ryan was born in Summit, New Jersey on December 7th, 1993 to James and Amy Marsh. Ryan spent the first 18 years of his life in Westfield, surrounded by his loving parents, brother, and friends. He graduated from Westfield High School in 2012, continued his studies towards a degree in finance, and moved to Jersey City to pursue his career.
Ryan will best be remembered for being kind and caring to his family and friends. He loved playing and watching sports, traveling to new places, and playing with his dogs. He enjoyed giving back to his community through his work with special needs organizations and chess teachings to disadvantaged children.
Ryan was loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 26th from 11am-1pm at Memorial Funeral Home, 155 South Ave., Fanwood NJ 07023. A funeral Mass will follow at St. Helen's RC Church in Westfield at 1:30pm. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
