Sabrina was born on February 18, 1964 in New Albany, MS to Frank and Mary (Wardlow) Rutherford.
She was a 1981 graduate of Richwoods High School. The love of her life was Ivan Stone. They have known each other since grade school and married on January 30, 2009.
Sabrina worked at OSF St. Francis Medical Center as a Dietician for over 23 years. She took pride at her job and wanted things done right. Sabrina loved to shop and decorate. She had a love for old school music. Sabrina was a member of Grace Apostolic Assembly Church for many years.
Sabrina leaves to cherish her most precious memories, her husband of 16 years, Ivan Stone; one brother, Jeffery Rutherford; and three sisters, Twila Rutherford, Monica Rutherford and Tanisha Rutherford; two Godsons, Zion Wilkes and Xaiden Gregory; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends who also loved her. She is preceded in death by her parents, step mother, Barbara Rutherford and one niece, Ta'Shyra McDowell.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Grace Apostolic Assembly Church with a visitation prior at 10 am. Suffragan Bishop James Ware will officiate.
