Sally Brock Clowers, age 80, of Loudon, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. She was a longtime member of Valley View Free Will Baptist Church and a graduate of the Loudon High School Class of 1962.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Kenny Clowers; daughters, Denise Clowers Chrisman and Missy Clowers; son, Donnie Clowers; parents, Rev. E.H. and Marie Speeks Brock; mother- and father-in-law, Gordon and Mable Clowers; sister, Sue Brock Reed; brother, Gale Brock; sister- and brother-in-law, Rex and Evelyn Dunsmore; sister-in-law, Alma Grace Ward; and sons-in-law, Michael Daugherty and Mike Duncan.
She is survived by her daughter, Kendra Clowers Duncan; sister, Carlene Clevenger (Tom); and brother, Terry Brock (Paula); precious sisters-in-law, Dorothy Maples, Sandra Littleton, and Judy Brock; seven wonderful grandchildren, Amanda Kiser (Jonathan), Alisha Fine (Corey), Michael Daugherty, Megan Roberts, Mikelia Mika (Thomas), Travis Chrisman, and Jasmine Clowers; fifteen lovable great-grandchildren, with one on the way; special friends, Joe and Glenda Ingram; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in memory of Sally to Valley View Free Will Baptist Church Youth or Operation Christmas Child.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Loudon Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow, officiated by Rev. Daniel Fortman. The graveside service will be held on Monday, March 10, at 3:00 PM at Loudon County Memorial Gardens.
Thanks to everyone who has cooked meals for us and sent cards and all the prayers that went up for me for the last several weeks. We appreciate everything so much. Love all of you.
