Faye Randolph Clinton, age 87 of Loudon, passed away Thursday evening, November 21, 2024, surrounded by her family. Born to the late Rev Arthur T. "Auss" Randolph and Pearl Scott Randolph. Faye was a graduate of Loudon High School and spent many years working as the book keeper for her brother Jack Randolph at Loudon Motor Company. In later years she worked for the Board of Education in Loudon. Her passion was her family whom she adored and received great joy in her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by husband Leonard Boyd Clinton, an infant daughter, Penny Lynn, son-in-law William (Bill) Henry Davis, 5 brothers and an infant sister. Survivors include her daughter Nancy and husband Tony Woody, Loudon; two grandchildren William Clinton (Clint) Davis (wife Brittany), Lenoir City; Sunny Davis Miller, Knoxville; two great grandchildren Riley B Davis and Willow M Miller; plus, her dearly beloved sister, Geraldine Randolph Galyon; sisters-in-law, Blanche Randolph and Ann Altum Randolph; numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind several beloved family members from her husbands family, sister-in-law Violet (May) Harris and brother-in-law John Clinton and numerous nieces and nephews.Faye (and her dog Fred) lived with her daughter and son-in-law for 2.5 years after the death of her husband, before moving to Morning Pointe Facility in Lenoir City, TN for her final years. The family would like to recognize and thank all the staff and Morning Pointe for the wonderful care she received and the staffs continual ability to keep her laughing (or she kept them laughing). They went over and beyond to ensure that not only her needs were met but that she enjoyed her days and the many activities. Special thanks to George Kiley for whom she adored, they had endless laughter and jokes, and to Kathy Tarter who sang to her and played Fayes favorite music for her keeping her laughing and helped with Fayes dog Fred. We also thank all of the others who motivated her to get up and move, talked with her, and just made her life happy. Everyone in her life was a bright spot and they all brought her so much joy. Morning Pointe LC has been a huge blessing to the entire family. Lastly thank you to Mrs. Ruby Nicholson, JoJo and Mary Jane her dearest friends for their constant love of one another.There will be a Graveside service 2:00 PM Monday, November 25th in the Loudon County Memorial Gardens with Rev. Brian Courtney officiating. Family, close friends and neighbors are welcome to attend this small gathering of remembrance.
