Sally A. Deneuf, 86, of DuBois, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born January 12, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Lamont "Duke" and Ruth (Fields) Burkholder.
Sally was proceeded in death by her first husband Tom Levis and her second husband Ronald B. Deneuf.
She graduated from DuBois Area High School class of 1956, attended DuBois Business College and retired from Brockway Glass Offices in the payroll department.
Sally is survived by; her daughter Nicole Levis (Michael Francis) Snyder of Brockway, three grandchildren Adam Bryant Levis Snyder, Tiandra Lou Ann Levis (Matthew Allen) Humes, Mandy Lynae Levis Snyder and one great-grandchild Lainey Harlyn Humes, two sisters Dixie (Dave) Moulthrop of DuBois, Toni (Steve) McCowin of Leland, NC, a niece Stacie (Robert) Scully, nephews David Duke (Clinton) Moulthrop, Kyle McCowin and great-nieces Alecia Marie Scully and Erica Lee Scully.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, husbands and an infant daughter Vicki Levis.
All services are private.
Interment will be in St. Tobias Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Gateway Humane Society 1211 Airport Road Falls Creek, PA 15840.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Adamson Funeral Chapel & Crematorium.
