Salvatore Caparelli Obituary
Salvatore D. Caparelli, Jr., 62, of Johnston, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Beth (Antico) Caparelli. Born in Providence, he was the son of Genevieve (Robbio) Lanni and the late Salvatore D. Caparelli.
Sal was employed by the Narragansett Bay Commission for over 30yrs! Sal was loved by many and cherished his time with his family & friends!
Besides his wife and mother he leaves two daughters, Sabrina Maldonado and Samantha Caparelli, four grandchildren, Antonio Maldonado, Natalia Borden, Collin Borden and Zoey Chadwick. He was the brother of the late Jean Marie Keltz.
His funeral will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 9 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation will be held Monday from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Salvatore’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3 Speen St., Framingham, Ma. 01701.
