A son of the late Wanda Watts McCall and Jackson Elmer Richard McCall, Sr. He was born May 5, 1972 in Pickens County South Carolina having lived in Franklin County for most of his life. He was a self-employed auto mechanic and was of the Baptist faith. He loved to fish and hunt and remodel houses and was a dog lover. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother.
Survivors include his wife, Crystal McElhannon McCall of Seneca, South Carolina; son, Christopher Brissey of Carnesville, Georgia; daughter, Destiny Hill of Lavonia, Georgia; grandchildren, Michael Brissey, Malakye Brissey, Kaydence Brissey and Maverick Brissey; four brothers, Jack McCall, Jr. of Seneca, South Carolina, Fate McCall of Lavonia, Georgia, Alex McCall of Toccoa, Georgia and Sean Smith of Seneca, South Carolina; sisters, Samantha McCall of Westminster, South Carolina and Summer McCall of Carnesville, Georgia.
A private Celebration of Life Service will be at a later date.
Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Sam Russell McCall.
