Samantha is preceded in death by her grandparents. She is survived by her parents, Jerry Phillips and Glenda Kee; three children: Nathan Gipson, Ronan Flores and Lennox flores; best friend, Brittany Geotes; aunt, Judy Phillips; cousin, Justin Tidale and extend family.
A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.

I´ll truly miss working with her. She had such an infectious laugh... it could light up an entire room. She was always so kind to me, and I genuinely loved every moment we got to work together. I´m grateful to have known her.
