Sammy is survived by his father David Yother, Harrisburg and his sister Stephanie & Matt Swaggirt of Salem, KY. He is also survived by an Aunt, Carla Segally of Portage, IN and an Uncle, Dwight "Kelly" Bowman of Florida.
A visitation for family and friends will be Thursday August 14, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home. Services will be private.
For those who wish, donations towards funeral expenses may be made to the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home where envelopes will be available.
