Mrs. Armstrong was born December 01, 1966 to Phillip Dominguez and Guadalupe Salazar in El Paso, Texas.
A memorial service will set at a later date and cremation will be taking place.
Sandra is survived by her four children; Christopher Lopez and Riley Armstrong both of Hobbs, New Mexico. James Armstrong II of El Paso, Texas. Savannah Redding and husband Ryan of Phoenix, Arizona. Two sisters; Norma Barriga and Leticia Castro both of El Paso, Texas. Granddaugter; Alais Redding.
Sandra was preceded in death by husband James Armstrong I. Father; Phillip Dominguez.
Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
