Sandra Irene Delmotte, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center in West Branch, MI at the age of 86. Born on November 28, 1938, in Jackson, MI, Sandra lived a life filled with love, dedication, and a vibrant spirit that touched everyone she met.
On November 5, 1960, Sandra married the love of her life, James Delmotte, in Roseville, MI.
For 28 years, Sandra owned and operated Jim's App's Hardware in Rose City, MI. Her warmth, welcoming smile, and expert knowledge made her not just a business owner, but a trusted friend to many.
Sandra enjoyed crossword puzzles, coloring, canning, and gardening. This brought her happiness but also served as a reflection of her nurturing and creative nature.
Sandra is survived by her loving husband, James, her daughter, Veronica Tindol, her son, Steven Delmotte and cherished grandchildren, Christine, Nicole, Andrew, and Taylor. Each moment spent with them was a testament to her boundless love.
Predeceased by her parents, James and Lillian (Brown) Duggan.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Sandra’s legacy lives on in the memories of her family and friends. The world shines a little less brightly without her, yet we find solace in remembering the imprint of her gentle soul.
