Sandra "Sandy" Elaine Frazier, age 69, died peacefully in Bartlesville on July 9th, 2023, surrounded by her family and closest loved ones.
Sandy was born on July 7th, 1954, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma to Marian and David Frazier. She was raised in Wynona and graduated from Wynona High School in 1972. Sandy will be remembered for her contagious smile and easy-going personality. In Sandy's younger years, she loved to rodeo and go horse-back riding. She spent many summer days taking her nephews, Austin and Dustin, to car shows and fishing every chance she could. Most recently, Sandy thoroughly enjoyed watching tear-jerker movies, cooking with her niece Shelby, going out to eat with family members and even slipping off to the casino every now and again. She was also a very talented artist and loved every kind of animal imaginable. Her favorite cartoon character was Garfield, and she had many fine collectables related to the character. Sandy lived a full and prosperous life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sandy is survived by her niece Shelby (Paul) Stukey of Bartlesville, two nephews Austin (Carissa) Frazier of Wynona and Dustin (Becca) Frazier of Jones, son Kyle Griggs of Bartlesville, 3 great-nieces Alaina, Carlee, and Kaylee Frazier, 1 great-nephew William Stukey, and aunt, Mary (Bob) Gibson of Afton.
She is preceded in death by long-time partner Pamela Griggs, her mother and father David and Marian Frazier and her brother David "Butch" Frazier.
A memorial service will be held for Sandy on Thursday, July 20th, 2023, at 10am at the Antioch Christian Fellowship Church in Wynona, OK. Judy Faye Mustain will be officiating the service. Flowers and condolences may be sent to the Antioch Church at 17080 OK-99 in Wynona on day of service.
