Sandra Jean Hancock

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sandra Hancock at the age of 80. Sandra was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who dedicated her life to her family. She is survived by her two children and numerous grandchildren who will miss her dearly.
Sandra was a talented pianist and played in her church for many years. She was a devout member of her congregation and attended services regularly. In addition to her musical talents, Sandra worked at the University of West Florida for decades, where she made many lasting friendships and contributions to the community.
In her free time, Sandra enjoyed playing music and spending time with her family. She was a kind and gentle soul who will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and love for her family.
Sandra's legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren, who will carry on her memory and the values she instilled in them. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Lewis Funeral Homes Milton Chapel, 6405 Highway 90 W, Milton, Florida 32570, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and service at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
Rest in peace, Sandra. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
