Sandra L. Morales

Sandra L. (Shifflett) Morales passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025, while in the caring hands of Hospice of Saint Francis in Palm Bay, Florida. Born on June 10, 1955, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late James and Elizabeth (Seabold) Shifflett.
Sandra was a proud graduate of Conrad Weiser High School and continued her education at Penn State University, later earning her master's degree from American Intercontinental University. Her dedication and strong work ethic carried through her career, where she managed teams at Wendy's and Church's Chicken, served as an emergency food coordinator with Phoebe and local food banks, and later worked at Home Depot in Bethlehem, always leading with compassion and care.
Above all, Sandra's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her son Sean Whiting and his wife Veronica, her daughter Patricia Spicher, her stepdaughter Vicki Morales, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, as well as ten nieces and nine nephews.
Sandra had a deep love for cooking and found great joy in sharing meals with those she loved. She also enjoyed collecting elephant figurines of all kinds, a reflection of her appreciation for symbols of strength, wisdom, and good fortune. Through her love of music, she passed on a lasting appreciation for song and melody to her children, creating memories that will continue to resonate for generations.
Sandra will be remembered for her kindness, her warmth, and the way she made others feel truly seen and heard. Her life was one of love, service, and resilience, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
