On December 9, 1977, she married Donnie Morris, and together they had one child, Melanie. Sandy worked at Baxter Healthcare in Cleveland, and moved to Pearl after her retirement. She was a Christian, and enjoyed her “joyrides” listening to gospel with her sister, Tincy. She also enjoyed her visits and long, endearing talks with her sister Ruth, as well as having her family over to watch game shows on the Game Show Network and playing with her great grandbabies.
Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, Lillie Mae Crow Seymore and Harvey Seymore; sisters, Elizabeth “Sis” Durastanti and Joyce “Tincy” Robertson; and brother, Sonny Seymore.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Donnie Morris; daughter, Melanie David and her husband Jay; granddaughter, Kaylee Bryant and her husband Zach; great grandchildren, Hazel Kay and Hayden Bryant; sister, Ruth McCullough; and a host of nieces and nephews.
