Sandra Reid (Hye), 65, died July 1, 2022 with her family by her side in Freehold, NJ.
Sandra was born in Englishtown, NJ. She was a lifelong resident of the area. Sandra was a loving wife, mother, sister, cousin, and friend to all. She was one of the kindest souls to walk this Earth. She had an eternal smile on her face and an infectious laugh. She loved decorating, gardening, and spending time with her loved ones and fur babies.
Sandra spent many years as a devoted bus driver in Monmouth County, but her true passion was being a doting mother. She loved her children more than anything.
Sandra was predeceased by her father, Charles A. Reid. Sandra is survived by her husband, Victor Gomez. Her three children, George Hye, of Freehold, NJ, Sandra Roos Meeler and husband Chris Meeler, of Marana, AZ, and Christina Kopystecky and her husband Daniel Kopystecky, of Steuben, ME. Three grandchildren, Sky, Emmeanne, and Benjamin Kopystecky, of Steuben, ME. Her mother, Joan B. Reid, of Englishtown, NJ. Her five siblings and a multitude of family and friends who loved her dearly.
All services are private. In lieu of flowers, please raise a toast to Sandra on her journey to the other side. "All you touch and all you see, is all your life will ever be."

Sandy was a Good Person. She always looked on the bright side of things. She was kind, and friendly. I was sorry to hear of her passing. My deepest sympathy goes out to her family and friends. Sandy was a co-worker, and we just knew each other in passing. She was a Bright Light in this Dark World. Thank you Sandy for your Kind words and Love. God Speed !!!

I met Sandy as she was neighbors with my parents. Her & I would talk all the time whenever I saw her outside doing her thing which was forever working in her beautiful yard . Her laugh was like no other . And she truly loved all her fur babies. Deep condolences to all of her family . .You are truly missed .

I remember when Sandy walked into Freehold Regional as a Bus Driver. I was shocked, she looked the same as when we graduated in 1974. She hadn´t changed. I actually hired her to work at Rolling Hills Day Camp for the summer months . Sandy
Always had a smile on her face and made everyone else
Smile. She will always be missed. Victor you are in my prayers as well as the rest of her family

I have known her forever and can't believe I will never again hear her quick tap, click, of her heels, boots ect. She was the kindest of people and always with a laugh and a joke. She will forever be in my heart and on the other side of the rainbow bridge.
