Sandra Rhyne Obituary
Sandra Holland Rhyne, 80, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2024 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Lincoln County on December 15, 1943 to the late Max and Robbie Holland. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Billy Ray Rhyne, Jr.
Sandra was a graduate of Presbyterian Nursing School and was an RN at Gaston Memorial Hospital and retired from Ashley Women’s Center. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and gardening. Sandra was a member of the Junior League and volunteered at the Schiele Museum and CaroMont Hospital. She leaves many happy memories to be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her children, Kristian Rhyne (Leah) and Anneleise Lichtenstein (Tyler Phares); brother, Robert Holland (Denise); and her grandchildren, Max and Sophie Lichtenstein.
Services will be private.
