Sandy was born on January 23, 1944, to the late Lloyd and Opal (Hamlin) Menefee of Augusta, Georgia. She retired from Commonwealth Bank as a bank teller. Sandy was a member of Simpsonville United Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, her brother Philip, and her loving husband of 53 years, Charles Rogalinski Jr.
Survived by her children Charles Edward Rogalinski III "Chip", Kori Leigh Rogalinski; two grandchildren Gonzalo Vinales Rogalinski and Clara L. Rogalinski "Bess"; three brothers Larry, John and Gregory Menefee; sister Pharis L. Waldridge and a host of family and friends that loved her.
Memorial service will be Saturday August 24, 2024, at 12:00pm Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. Memorial visitation will be Friday from 2:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Louisville Metro Animal Services, 3528 Newburg Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218 in her memory ( https://www.fomaslou.org/donation).
