Sandralyn Adams Doris entered into eternal rest on Friday November 21, 2025, at the age of 81. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. “Duffy”, as she was affectionately known by family and friends, was educated in the Jefferson Parish School System. Sandra was employed for over 40 years with various westbank establishments. Devoted wife of the late Kevin Doris. Beloved mother of Veronica Black Paige, Sharla Black Murray, Tammay Black, Denise Riggins, Yvette Taylor, and Rev. Tracy (wife Tracy) Segura. Loving grandmother of Kassandra Paige, Michael Paige, Keenon Black, Taylah Segura, Tracy Segura, Jr., Tyre Davemay, Ashakey Stephen, and Rodrick McCormick. Daughter of the late Roy and Lottie Mae Hunter Adams. Sister of Merna Wilson, Meredith (Albert) Michael, Janice (Domingo, Sr.) Ruiz, Edith (James) Bethea, Remona (Michael) Johnson, Freda (Lance) Hammonds, Constance Robinson, Elsie Hawthorne, Royal, Terry Lee, Alton, and Ronald, Hawthorne, and the late Joan Adams, Willie Lee Adams Rankin, Charles H. Adams, and Jerome Hawthorne, also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Watson Memorial Teaching Ministries, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Watson Memorial Teaching Ministries 4400 St. Charles Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Tom Watson Host Pastor- Pastor Karl Perry, officiating.
