Sarah Bloebaum, 85, of Vincennes, IN passed away at BridgePointe Health Campus on July 28, 2025, after a long-term illness. She was born in Fairmont, WV, on September 17, 1939, to the late Charles "Dale" and Olive "Kathleen" Keener.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Bloebaum Jr. of 44 years, one sister Doris Mowrey, four brothers Jack, John, Ray, and Bill Keener, three sons William Dale, Freddie Jr., Charleston Lee, and one great-grandson Maurice Mosley.
She is survived by daughter Donna Johnson and her husband Rodd of Jacksonville, FL, daughter Kathryn (Hillier) Nelson of Vincennes, IN, son Charles Bloebaum and his wife Jennifer, one brother Bud Keener and his wife Donna of St. Augustine, FL, a brother-in-law David Mowrey of Fairmont, WV. Grandkids Raymond Canfield his wife Dawn of Vincennes, IN, Jeanette Gwynn her husband Tony of Jacksonville, FL, James O'Heir his wife Amanda of Sacramento, CA, Sean O'Heir of Jacksonville, FL, Becky Hillier-Hallett of Oklahoma, Nikki and Jamie Bloebaum of Vincennes, IN, Freddie Bloebaum Jr. II, Jennifer R. Bloebaum, Sarah J Bloebaum. Great-grandkids Mckayla Mosley, Americale and JJ Gwynn of Jacksonville, FL, Jonathan and Emily Canfield of Vincennes, IN, Nathan King and Silas O'Heir of Sacramento, CA, Annamae and Lillian O'Heir of St. Charles, MO, Mark and Caitlyn Hallett of Oklahoma.
She worked as a cook half of her life until her retirement in the early 90's from Pizza Hut. She loved her family, spending time with her family, she enjoyed cooking for everyone, spending time outside and fishing.
Goodwin Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Bloebaum. A Graveside service will be held Friday, August 1, 2025, at Memorial Park Cemetery at 11 am.
