Sarah Fry Obituary Sarah Pila Fry, age 86 of Mansfield, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Ohio Health Hospital in Mansfield.
Born April 11, 1939, in Laredo, Texas to Carlos and Sara (Martinez) De Los Santos she had been a 1957 graduate of Laredo High School. Sarah had been employed at Tappan Appliances for numerous years before owning and operating the 'Rainbow Inn', a local bar in Mansfield with her husband, Larry. In recent years, Sarah worked at Kohl's department store in Ontario. With her love for shopping, this was a perfect fit. She was a member of the Mansfield YMCA and the AMVETS Mansfield Post #26.
Sarah could spend countless hours working on her diamond dot art projects. Especially if she was with her two Chihuahua pups, Mimi & MooMoo. More than anything she loved her family and spending time with them.
She is survived by her beloved husband of over 40 years, Larry Fry; three children Sarah 'Liz' (Ottis) Thomas of Greenwich, Ernesto (Patty) Cuevas of Michael, Illinois, Ruby (Allen) Bolick of North Carolina; three step-children Shelly Fry of Ontario, Todd (Christy) Fry of Dublin, Angie (Kelly) Fry of Columbus; 12 grandchildren, Tiffanie (Mike), Allen (Kristen), Jessica (Chad), Bud, Cody (Malorie), Axel, Ziarah, Joshua, Brandie, Grace, Jacob and Emily; 17 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; one sister Irma Weaver of San Antonio, TX; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives who will miss her dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her four brothers, Frank, Alfredo, Carlos and Cesar De Los Santos; and her twin sister Sara 'Pepa' Eckenrode.
Per the families wishes, services will not be observed.
