Scott M. Bashor, 44, of Hubbard, OH, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026, in his home.
Scott was born on April 7, 1981, in Sharon, a son of the late Darrell and Deborah (Caracci) Bashor. He attended Notre Dame Parochial Grade School and was a 1999 graduate of Kennedy Catholic High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in History and Mathematics from Youngstown State University.
Scott was employed as a pharmacy technician at MDXRX, an online pharmacy based in Pittsburgh, PA. Previously, he was a manager at an AT&T call center in Boardman, OH.
An outstanding bowler, throughout adulthood, he competed in many leagues.
He is survived by his partner, Zeferino Macedo; two aunts, Faith Forgacs (Tom), of Farrell, and Tina McGregor (James), of Royal Palm Beach, FL; three uncles, Louis Caracci, Jr. (Alba), of Fredericksburg, VA, George Caracci (Dawn), of Laurel, MD, and John Caracci (Lisa), of Hartford, OH; and several cousins.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to an animal shelter of the donor’s choice.
A graveside service will be held privately.
Interment: St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hermitage.
