Scott James Benfield

Scott James Benfield, 36, Hereford passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 30th, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Heather (Hoffman) Benfield. Born in Sellersville, PA, he was a son of David Benfield and his wife Janet of Federalsburg, MD and Patty Webb. Scott was currently working for Instacart as a grocery shopper and then delivered them to customers houses. In his free time, he was passionate about knowing how to knit and he was always making blankets for all his friends and family. He was into making bead art and many more crafts. He enjoyed being outside like going for hikes and doing family time when his back wasn't hurting. He enjoyed basically doing anything with friends and family like playing cards, going places. He was a kind and a fun person. He was always down to do things. He loved making people smile and laugh because it made him feel better about himself. He was unique and a loveable person that will always be remembered.
Along with his wife, he is survived by a daughter: Jada; a brother: Jason Benfield, and his stepsisters: Katie and Sue Groce.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at 1pm at St. Peter's Union Church, 7863 St Peter's Rd, Macungie PA 18062.
