Brother, Anthony Evard (Tanya), nephews Justin Evard and KC Evard and with "favorite" niece, Abby Evard Gaff and her husband Cory.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Paul Eugene Evard in 2019.
Together the family will celebrate Scott's life privately.
