Born in Frakes, KY, Mr. Partin was the son of the late Ernest and Mary Ida Leach Partin. He was the owner of Scottie Partin Construction and Scottie Partin Used Cars. Mr. Partin was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Partin is survived by his daughter: Sonja Kelley (Keith); brothers: Ray Partin (Waunita) and Kenneth Partin (Denice); sister: Jean Hunnicutt (James); and granddaughter: Savana Kelley.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Partin was preceded in death by his brothers: Ralph Partin and Randall Partin; sisters: Ruth Henson, Rhoda Herron, Jolene James, and Jewel Pierce.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Oconee Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Davenport Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Prisma Health Hospice of the Foothills, Cottingham House, attn: Foundation Office, 298 Memorial Dr., Seneca, SC 29672.
The family is at their respective homes.
