Seamus J. Martin, 78, of Lancaster passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Ireland, he was the son of the late John and Ann Callan Martin. A brick mason, Seamus owned and operated the S. Martin Contracting in Valley Stream, NY. He attended Sacred Heart of Jesus, Lancaster.
Surviving are four children, Seamus J. Martin Jr. Anthony J. Martin both of Lancaster, Elizabeth Ann Martin of Los Angeles, Michael C. Martin of NY and five siblings. He was preceded in death by two siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Richard Catholic Church, 110 North Oak Street, Manheim on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 12:00 Noon with Rev. Father Richard Groff as Celebrant. There will be a viewing at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass. Interment will be private.
